The workshop Preparatory intensive seminar and modification of the content of the curricula held on 18th March till 20th March 2010 in Juraj Dobrila University in Pula. Welcome speech and presentation of the planned activities of the workshop in Pula was held by prof.dr.sc. Marli Gonan Božac, vice rector at Juraj Dobrila University of Pula. Ivica Petrinić, assistant from the Juraj Dobrila University in Pula, started with the presentation entitled "Moodle courses devopment status". Moodle is an excellent tool used in more thar 3 million courses worldwide, has a large developers and users communities and offers many usefull plugins. As it's open sourced using Moodle prevents technological lock-in, so in future we can use the content we create without new expenses for software licences. Tempus Moodle currently consists of 2 semi-developed courses in English, and one in Croatian language. Courses format (weekly/topic) and number of units are not standardized. At the moment we are working on three main courses: Entrepreneurship for non economic students, Entrepreneurship  for economic students, MBA course composed of the former economics/business students and those who do not now anything about the economics/business. Ivica Petrinić suggested the "topic format" instead the "weekly format" of all courses, and the standardization of all the documents (.ppt, .pdf, .html)... Currently we have:5 topics for non economics students’ course, 6 topics for economics students’ course. The second day of the workshop was organized by Gerald Steiner, PhD and project coordinator from ISIS Graz, and Elvis Kenik, mag., from ISIS, University of Graz. They planed the workshop as follows: Reflection and thoughts about the Moodle Platform, Harvard Business School – example of e-learning structures, Open Questions,  Problems, Timeline.  The timeline was defined: 19.03.2010. – start – workshop in Pula; 1 week for the management of the Project; 2 weeks for the content to be redone according to the abovementioned roles and individual responsibilities; 24th March 2010 – Skype session; 20.04.2010. – Syllabus sent to EFMD; 26.04.2010. – Non-economics student course should be made and ready; 01.05.2010. – Start with the Pilot phase; 01.06.2010. – Economic course finished;  By 01.09.2010. – Approval by the institutions granted;01.10.2010. – the MBA course ready for start (mix of non business and business course); 01.01.2011. – all three courses should be finished. After workshop we visited the Solaris, a company engaged primarily in the production and marketing of photovoltaic modules and equipment. Since 1999 the company has been following the latest technology developments and expanding its production capacity, thus developing the most advanced and efficient photovoltaic modules on the market. The company is located in Novigrad (Croatia), employs 140 people with an average age of 28 years. The annual production capacity of photovoltaic modules reaches 50MW. Throughout the production of photovoltaic modules, Solaris is focusing constantly on global environmental trends and employs exclusively environmentally friendly technologies, thus contributing to the sustainability of energy and nature.  After the visit of the Solaris, we went to visit the wine cellar Kabola where the high quality typical Istrian wines are produced from selected grapes grown in the vicinity of Momjan and Buje, in the NW part of Istrian peninsula. We were welcomed by the owners who have shown us the cellar and explained how the production of high quality wines is achieved. A reflection of the main points made during the previous two days of the workshops was done on the last day but the forthcoming events were pointed out as well: The partners decided that the Nice workshop will be postponed and new dates are: 20.09.2010.-25.09.2010. on which all present partners agreed; Lithuania – finished call for papers. We will have 5 journals all indexed in different journal bases. Each conference participant could decide about the journal in which he/she wants his/her paper to be published in. We decided that each partner will find 2 reviewers for reviewing the papers with the aim to build and develop best procedure for reviewing. The reviewers will have to follow high ethical standard for article reviewing procedure.
